HPWJ and UHPWJ
An increasingly popular method for surface preparation and for industrial cleaning is through the use of High and Ultra High Pressure Water Jetting.
TBS Contract Services has an extensive range of high and ultra high pressure water jetting equipment, with units ranging from 4,000psi to 40,000psi. Many of our units have been purpose built and are intrinsically safe for use in hazardous and gaseous environments. Another advantage of UHPWJ is the absence of abrasive material and associated dust, making it useful in process areas where operational equipment is located.

Cold Cutting
The use of ultra high pressure water jetting technology for �cold cutting� materials including steel and concrete has the advantage of no dust, vapours or sparks that can be associated with conventional cutting methods. It makes it an ideal method in hazardous environments such as the oil and gas facilities.
Robotics
TBS Contract Services are constantly exploring the new technologies available and in development in order to improve work efficiency. Examples of robotics use are concrete demolition, descaling and subsea operations.
