Sheetmetal, Insulation, Cladding and Pipewrapping

TBS Contract Services has been providing insulation services for over 10 years. Our experience with Fibreglass, Rockwool, Calcium Silicate and other insulation products with aluminium, steel or fiberglass / epoxy cladding materials is extensive. We have applied such materials to tanks, vessels and pipework in power stations, cryogenic plants, petrochemical plans, oil and gas plants during shutdowns and routine maintenance and construction projects.

TBS Contract Services has a team of sheetmetal workers who perform insulation and cladding work for the oil and gas industry.

TBS Contract Services provide long term protection of pipes, flanges and valves using specialized tapes that are not affected by water, acid, salts or organics.

In addition to conventional insulation, we have developed an efficient method for the installation of sprayed polyurethane insulation. This method of insulation reduces turnaround time associated with shutdown projects. Polyurethane is impervious to most solvents, acids and alkaline materials.
